Drive and deliver sales revenue focused on existing accounts. Previous experience of working in automotive/engineering for global customers, preferably European customers.
Ability to leverage engineering offerings in existing clients and expand to other technological areas in the customer business landscape.
Work closely with engineering and technology practice sales teams to sell into existing accounts.
Drive and structure customer-facing discussions using automotive engineering domain knowledge.
Build customer relationships by continuous problem-solving attitude and demonstrate thought leadership.
Work & collaborate with practice horizontal sales, delivery, and functional teams to define digital offerings and solutions in the Engineering services space.
Coordinate and work with the Engineering services team and the ISV in the Europe region to create partnership-led sales plays.
Execute strategic business plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
Work with HCLTech marketing to create relevant campaigns and promotional opportunities for the Europe region.
Consistently meet sales revenue and gross margin targets for the Automotive line of business in the acquisition of net new accounts.
Qualifications
Excellent presentations, communication, and relationship building skills.
8+ years of experience.
Prior track record of working for/with automotive engineering & digital manufacturing ecosystems.
Experience in selling Digital Engineering (Digital Twin, Cloud/Platform Engineering, Silicon Platform, etc.).
Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of best practices, packaged offerings/solutions, white papers, workshops, etc.
Team player who integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, and executives.
Excellent written and oral German and English communication skills are mandatory.
