Clariness is looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg.

As a Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing high-level, results-driven nationwide digital marketing strategies focused on patient recruitment for clinical trials.
2. Overseeing and guiding the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, display networks, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
3. Conducting A/B testing and optimizing digital assets for conversion rates.
4. Developing and executing content strategies to promote clinical trials across websites, email marketing, and social media.
5. Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with study goals, organizing OKR brainstorming sessions, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
6. Leading analysis of campaign performance, focusing on patient engagement and conversion rates, and using data insights for optimization.
7. Driving innovative patient recruitment approaches by staying ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging new tools, and implementing best practices.

We would like you to have:

1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Proven track record managing digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, email marketing, affiliate) and driving conversion campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau).
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior marketers.
7. Expertise in SEO and content strategy is a bonus.
8. Experience working with pharma and clinical trial sponsors is a bonus.
