Virtual job fairs

• Supervision of technical projects from initial idea to commissioning at the customer's premises in product development and special machine construction
• Establishing planning foundations for developers
• Project support and coordination with the customer or production in all matters
• Logging development progress within the development department
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and project performance
• Coordination and management of the project team
• Participation in controlling and optimizing the PMO and PPM

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, or comparable training
• Extensive professional experience as a project manager in a technical environment, ideally in the solar industry
• Experience in portfolio or higher-level resource management
• Additional training as a project manager (GPM), at least level C or equivalent, preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and good German skills
• Sense of responsibility with a practical and methodological approach
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
