As a Digital Product Owner at Henkel HCB, you play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that elevate shopfloor operations and accelerate innovation. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring not only a solid grasp of manufacturing principles but also outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

What You´ll Do

• Gather and prioritize user requirements from various stakeholders including Safety, Quality, Lean manufacturing, Innovation department
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of digital solutions
• Create and manage business cases, including budgeting for development, maintenance, and run costs
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions to support end users in adopting the new digital tools
• Lead the agile development teams, create user stories and manage the development pipeline of user requirements and delivery
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans in cooperation with the training and implementation manager
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Studies or similar
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in Digital Transformation, Product or Program Management, Agile Software Development, Supply Chain Process Mining or similar
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Efficiency principles and factory operations
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and responsiveness to evolving business demands
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
