Job Title: Senior Web Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio into our organization.
  2. Derive meaningful insights through targeted analyses to inform product development, marketing, and management decisions.
  3. Manage the introduction and use of Optimizely, design and oversee A/B tests, and implement measures based on results to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  4. Ensure high data quality, develop automated reports, establish performance KPIs, and measure the impact of analytics on business decisions.
  5. Communicate complex issues clearly, support internal teams in utilizing analytics tools, and promote a data-driven culture across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience with Google Analytics (including GA4), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), Looker, and Looker Studio.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, with confidence in using tools such as Optimizely.
  • Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in German and good knowledge of English.
