Operative Test Manager (w/m/d) - with experience in automotive + C1 German

Responsibilities

• Analyse project requirements (portfolio level) with regard to test‑management‑relevant "Definition of Ready", in particular existence and testability of verification criteria
• Control, supervision and technical management of the test team for test case creation of acceptance tests
• Analyse project requirements (solution level) with regard to "Definition of Ready" relevant to test management, checking for completeness based on the project plan (portfolio) in coordination with project and release management, control, monitoring and technical management
• Control, supervision and technical management of the test team for test case creation for all system test activities at solution level, based on applicable guidelines
• Analyse architecture requirements (architecture level) with regard to test‑management‑relevant "Definition of Ready", checking for completeness based on the architecture in coordination with the system architect of the functions
• Control, supervision and technical management of the test team for test case creation regarding all interface test activities at architecture level, based on applicable guidelines

Skills

Must have

• Experience in automotive testing
• Experience in test management and test analyses
• Experience in system test/integration test
• Understanding of trade‑offs between automated and manual test
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ISTQB Automotive Testing

Languages: German – C1 Fluent
