Aufgaben

• As a consultant (m/w/d) for digitisation projects in the DMS/ECM area, you actively shape the digitalisation of our customer projects.
• You advise, present and implement IT solutions in the document management area.
• You design, moderate and realise digitisation projects with a focus on process optimisation and document management.
• You take over project planning and coordination and actively work in customer projects.
• You prepare user trainings, deliver them and continue to support the customer afterwards.
• You work independently with short decision paths and utilise individual development opportunities.

Profil

• Completed university studies or comparable qualification in IT.
• Several years of experience in IT consulting or the DMS field.
• Good knowledge and practical experience with ELOprofessional.
• Experience in project management and customer consulting.
• You navigate quickly in complex IT systems, process and cost structures.
• You demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking and communication strength.
• Your working style is customer and service oriented – you impress with a confident appearance and enjoy cross‑departmental collaboration.
