Responsibilities:
Strategic planning: You actively help shape the long-term corporate strategy, moderate strategic planning processes, and ensure close alignment with the overall goals of the TAKKT Group.
Implementation of strategic initiatives: You lead company-wide, cross-functional projects with high priority – and support the divisions in implementing growth, efficiency, and transformation initiatives.
CEO and executive board support: You create high-quality decision templates and presentations for CEO, executive board, and investors – including strategic recommendations based on cross-functional analyses.
M&A & strategic partnerships: You identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships – and accompany them through to implementation.
Market & competitive analyses: You deliver forward-looking market, trend, and competitive analyses to enable well-founded strategic decisions.
Work with impact & personal responsibility: You move confidently in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, work independently, and actively contribute your ideas – with direct visibility at top management level.
Requirements:
Successfully completed degree (BA, MA, MBA) in Business Administration or a comparable field
6–8 years of professional experience in industry, corporate strategy, or strategy consulting, ideally with project responsibility in transformation, digital, or growth initiatives
Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as the ability to clearly structure and communicate complex matters
High personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and implementation strength
Experience in stakeholder management and convincing communication – also at executive board level
Fluent in English and German (advantage)
Team player with desire to shape things, humor, and ambition
