- Develop and execute comprehensive quality and compliance strategies.
- Lead a transformational growth and culture change program.
- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality assurance and compliance strategies.
- Leading regulatory compliance efforts to ensure industry and legal standards are met.
- Overseeing quality audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing executive leadership on quality metrics, trends, and improvement strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a quality-first culture.
- Acting as the key liaison for regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role within the life sciences industry.
- Diverse product exposure across Biologics, Generics, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a quality-driven environment.
- A relevant degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
