• Develop and execute comprehensive quality and compliance strategies.
• Lead a transformational growth and culture change program.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality assurance and compliance strategies.
• Leading regulatory compliance efforts to ensure industry and legal standards are met.
• Overseeing quality audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Providing executive leadership on quality metrics, trends, and improvement strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a quality-first culture.
• Acting as the key liaison for regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role within the life sciences industry.
• Diverse product exposure across Biologics, Generics, and Pharmaceuticals.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a quality-driven environment.
• A relevant degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
