What you'll do
- Full ownership of customer engagements: scope, delivery, quality, and outcome
- Design of benchmark concepts, methodologies, and project setups
- Creation of proposals including scope, effort, and commercial structure
- End-to-end responsibility for in-time, in-budget, in-quality delivery
- Steering of engineers, data teams, and external execution partners
- Quality assurance across data, analytics, and reporting
- Translation of technical results into management‑ready insights
- Relationship management with senior client stakeholders (CTO, Network, Engineering)
- Business follow-up: renewals, next cycles, and expansion opportunities
