Responsibilities

  • Psychosoziale Beratung for insurers’ insured
  • Individual situation assessment and treatment need estimation
  • Vermittlung into further and rehabilitative measures
  • Coordination with involved institutions
  • Cooperative and trustful collaboration with clients

Profile

  • Diploma in Sozialpädagog:in / Sozialarbeiter:in or Psycholog:in / B.A.M.A.
  • Fundierte experiences in psychosozial counselling, including addiction disorders
  • Optional: Zusatzqualifikation in systemic coaching or systemic counselling
  • Good diagnostic knowledge ICD‑10, communication strength, empathy, confident and pleasant appearance
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Affinity to digital applications
