Responsibilities
- Psychosoziale Beratung for insurers’ insured
- Individual situation assessment and treatment need estimation
- Vermittlung into further and rehabilitative measures
- Coordination with involved institutions
- Cooperative and trustful collaboration with clients

Profile
- Diploma in Sozialpädagog:in / Sozialarbeiter:in or Psycholog:in / B.A.M.A.
- Fundierte experiences in psychosozial counselling, including addiction disorders
- Optional: Zusatzqualifikation in systemic coaching or systemic counselling
- Good diagnostic knowledge ICD‑10, communication strength, empathy, confident and pleasant appearance
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Affinity to digital applications
