We are seeking an HR Business Partner for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), which employs +/- 100 employees in Sales, Marketing, E-com, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and Medical Affairs. You’ll lead the Human Resources function during a period of significant growth and transformation. In this role you serve as first point of contact on all HR matters and are responsible for the entire employee journey. You will be pivotal in shaping organizational culture, driving talent strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR domains. The HR Business Partner will be a key member of the DACH Leadership Team and will manage a General Admin, who supports with office management and fleet management. Key Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with the DACH Leadership team and people managers to understand business needs and provide solutions in areas such as organizational design, recruitment and retention
- Contribute to the further professionalization and digitization of the HR function, and lead the local implementation of Global HR projects
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Responsible for payroll administration in collaboration with the payroll vendors, as well as general HR administration
- Act as an advisor on employee relations cases, organizational effectiveness, and leadership coaching.
- Champion cultural integration and change management initiatives to embed Cooper Consumer Health’s values and beliefs across the DACH region.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits strategy for DACH, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance, including labor law adherence and effective management of works councils and employee representatives.
- Manage HR budget and resource allocation for the region.
Required experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors and within a scale-up environment.
- Proven HR track record in multi-country environments with strong knowledge of DACH labor laws.
- Experience in managing effective collaboration with works councils and employee representatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Fluent in German and English
