We're seeking a Product Support Engineer - French Speaker (f/m/d) based in Mainz, Germany, to be a key member of our customer support team in Europe. Your responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the right products, managing accounts, and participating in projects like writing articles or designing demos.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and English
