Role Overview
As Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be a key member of the Sharp Reflections’ product team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. You will be responsible for maximizing the customer value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum team. The Technical Product Manager is specifically accountable for effective and ongoing backlog management, ensuring the product has the required functionality implemented in a timely manner and in the accordance with the company’s product vision, business objectives, and internal/external stakeholder needs. You will gather feature requests from both internal and external sources and translate customer needs into user stories, representing customers and acting as a cross-functional, collaborative facilitator with geoscientists in an engaging and innovative scientific environment.

This position is available in any location where Sharp Reflections has a legal entity, with the preferred location being in Europe due to the time zone requirements and the availability to collaborate with the Developer team in Germany.
