Are you an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors professional who thrives in a consulting environment? We’re looking for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Lead/Consultants to help grow our HCM/HR services team and help clients achieve smarter, more efficient operations through SAP S/4HANA (Germany).

What you will do:

• Lead, mentor, collaborate and develop a high‑performing team of SAP HCM/HR/SuccessFactors consultants.
• Deliver high‑quality SAP HCM/SF solutions that drive real business value.
• Engage with clients through workshops and needs analyses to understand their goals.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM/SF processes based on best practices.
• Support clients throughout their transformation journey from concept to go‑live.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.

What you will bring:

• SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (S/4HANA) experience, including configuration and implementation.
• Proven experience working within consulting teams or strong ambition to take that step.
• Solid understanding of HCM/HR processes and SAP best practices (PA, OM, PY, TM, migration processes).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree in computer science or related field.
• SAP HCM/SF certifications (preferred).
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.

Salary – up to €120k.
