To support our department IT in Munich, we are currently offering a position as
Senior Business Solution Analyst HCM Payroll (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
You drive process improvements and act as a bridge between HR, Finance, and IT to deliver effective SAP HCM solutions
Provide full system support for Payroll operations, including monthly payroll runs, financial postings, and statutory reporting
In addition you analyze business requirements, design and implement SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions, and support SuccessFactors modules
You ensure compliance with German labor and tax regulations alongside creating and maintaining documentation such as functional specs, process flows, and test cases
Deliver first and second-level support and training for HR systems as well as lead and manage projects independently, collaborating with global cross-functional teams
Last but not least you mentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM
Your Profile
You have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent qualification
Furthermore you have several years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management (on-premise) and SuccessFactors Employee Central (cloud)
You have a strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (OM, PA) and German payroll regulations alongside experience with SAP Time Management configuration (schemas, cycles, PCRs)
Ability to read/debug ABAP code and write functional specifications, SAP certifications in Payroll, Time, and Employee Central are preferred
Your additional expertise in SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) is a plus
Analytical mindset, project management experience, and familiarity with tools like LSMW, Jira, SAP Solution Manager ChaRM, and Cloud ALM
You are fluent in English and German, with strong communication and customer service skills
