Electrical Engineer – Solar PV - Wiesbaden

About the Role:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, specification, and technical execution of electrical systems for commercial and industrial solar PV plants. This includes all LV and MV components, from inverter to grid connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design single-line diagrams and circuit schematics (EPlan).
• Define and specify electrical components (inverters, transformers, switchgear, protection, measurement equipment).
• Conduct conceptual design, cost estimation, and technical documentation.
• Support site execution, procurement, and commissioning phases.
• Provide technical support to suppliers and project teams during installation and testing.

Technical Scope:

• Voltage range: 400V–800V / up to 20kV
• LV and MV system design and protection
• Software: EPlan, AutoCAD, MS Office

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in solar PV or electrical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of German electrical standards and VDE regulations preferred.
