Role Overview:

Embark on an exciting journey with Fit Analytics Innovation as a Principal Product Analyst from our Berlin office, where you'll play a critical leadership role in driving the success of our cutting-edge sizing and fit recommendation solutions.

As a seasoned professional, you will drive strategic decision-making and execution while providing mentorship and thought leadership across the organization. You will lead complex data-driven initiatives, optimize client implementation and performance, and spearhead the ideation and development of advanced insights tools.

Additionally, you will own the vision and delivery of our data science products ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from creating and executing A/B test programs to driving performance upgrade projects and driving reporting processes and automation, all while providing invaluable insights that contribute to improving and optimizing every stage of our product development and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase and exemplify to team members a high level of expertise in conducting investigative tasks, providing hands-on support to help clients understand performance and areas for improvement through effective data storytelling. Utilize analytical skills to delve deep into data, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Proactively generate actionable insights aimed at improving our performance, processes and product features. Employ a data-driven mindset to identify opportunities for continuous optimization and innovation.
  • Lead the inception and implementation of A/B test programs, demonstrating a clear Return on Investment (ROI), and aligning initiatives with our overarching product vision in close collaboration with our data science and product teams.
  • Lead tooling and reporting automation initiatives to streamline and enhance accurate, data-centric decision-making in order to ensure a seamless alignment with business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of experience in a product analytics or related role.
  • Expert proficient in SQL and python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to generate actionable business strategies.
  • Proven expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey complex analytical findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and a deep understanding of data science concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product analytics processes.
  • Prior experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes is a strong plus.
