Your Mission

  1. Bring market and trend awareness to the Core FTW and Sandals ranges.
  2. Lead and manage the product category from brief to sales handover, aligned with the Go-to-Market calendar.
  3. Develop and innovate footwear franchises seasonally, considering company and BU strategies.
  4. Collaborate with merchandising, design, sourcing, regions, and stakeholders to ensure market needs are reflected in the collection.
  5. Provide feedback to management on category development.
  6. Conduct international market and competitor studies, analyze forecasts and sales data for decision-making.
  7. Create a conceptual assortment plan fulfilling range planning parameters and KPIs.
  8. Manage product costing to balance quality, margin, and sales goals.
  9. Present strategies and product lines to international partners and key accounts, preparing for meetings.
  10. Plan support for sell-in, product communication, and packaging.
  11. Maintain accurate product data in the system (PAC).
  12. Travel to key markets, accounts, and suppliers regularly.
  13. Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team within the BU.

Your Talent

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or similar.
  2. At least 8 years in product management within the sporting goods industry, preferably in lifestyle footwear.
  3. Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexible team player with good organizational skills.
  6. Good knowledge of the lifestyle, fashion, or sporting goods retail industry.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  8. Strong analytical skills.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  10. Position available full-time or part-time; limited to 12 months.
