Deputy Chief Financial Officer (all genders)

In Oberhaching (near Munich), we are looking for you full-time for an unlimited period as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (all genders) at Arval Germany.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

1. Oversee departments: Controlling, Pricing, and Asset Valuation, serving as a sparring partner for managers and team leaders.
2. Analyze business development and monitor economic industry trends.
3. Coordinate budget and forecasting processes.
4. Manage funding and monitor its ongoing status.
5. Act as a link between controlling and accounting.
6. Maintain close contact with regional management and finance managers.
7. Empower and coach employees to achieve company and personal goals.

Expertise & Soft Skills :

1. Degree in business administration or similar with above-average performance.
2. Several years of relevant experience in international controlling and accounting, with additional training in international accounting preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking.
4. Ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
5. Excellent leadership abilities to build strong team relationships.
6. Proficiency in Excel and SAS is a plus.
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation skills.
