Responsibilities:

• You drive the global technology innovation roadmap for our Business Group “Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions” with cutting-edge, impactful projects.

• You lead and develop an experienced team of IT specialists within an international environment.

• You utilize state-of-the-art IT platforms in our rapidly evolving consumer goods environment.

• You contribute to the company's technology strategy and serve as a sounding board to our senior IT management.

• You translate complex IT topics into a clear and understandable business language.

• You closely collaborate with our external SaaS partners to globally manage and operate our technology backbone.

• You protect the organization's IT infrastructure and cloud systems from potential IT security threats.

Qualifications:

• You hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.

• You possess solid experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security, ideally 5 or more years.

• Initial leadership experience (e.g., team leadership or project management) is desirable.

• You work well and effectively within a team and with other departments and areas, also globally.

• Fluent English skills are required; German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
