Engagement manager / Associate

As an associate / engagement manager at a global consultancy that acts as a specialist strategic partner to companies within the life science field across the world. You will play a central role in leading high-impact consulting engagements in the biotechnology, pharmaceutic and medical device sectors. In order to contribute to advancing best practice, you will have to assist in their integration of robust scientific analysis with a high level of market knowledge and aligned strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Delegating diverse problems to junior consultants within our team.
• You will efficiently design and carry out analysis and identify various problems in order to give accurate suggestions
• Manage the relationship with clients through alignment of goals and maintenance of informative contact
• Stay updated with industry trends in order to present and advise clients with emerging opportunities and challenges

• You will oversee day to day operations, acting as the point of contact for the team
• Lead teams in delivering in-depth primary research with clinical experts and other key stakeholder, alongside robust secondary scientific analysis
• You will be looking over suggestions, verifying their accuracy and practicality

Skills and experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Up to date understanding of advances within the health and life sciences sector
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluent in both the German and English languages
• Undergraduate or higher degree from a high level organization
• Open to travel
• High level of problem solving and analytical skills
