Responsibilities

• Lead your team with competence, serving as an example and flawlessly executing the national Vertriebskonzept.
• Ensure an outstanding Warenpräsenz with a focus on Frische, hygiene compliance, and detailed attention.
• Deliver a compelling customer experience through engaging product presentation, competent counseling, and courteous service.
• Independently implement sales‑promoting measures based on your ideas.
• Maintain complete control over cost and revenue development, regular inventories, product disposition, pricing, and product flow.

Qualifications

• Completed education, preferably in Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, or a Quereinsteiger with first Fach- and Führungserfahrung in Backwaren or SB‑Frischetheke.
• Fundamentally solid product knowledge and high awareness for freshness and quality.
• Solution‑ and result‑oriented working style, structured and diligent approach.
• Team spirit, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexibly in a shift system with Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00 Uhr.
