As our Head of Supply Chain Controlling (m/f/d) you will be the key business partner to our local and international supply chain leadership teams, with real impact on decision-making, performance management, and strategic initiatives.

This is what you can expect:

• Act as the Finance Business Partner to the CFO and Director Supply Chain, driving performance improvement and financial insight
• Lead our Supply Chain Controlling team and partner up with our Head of Commercial Controlling
• Drive supply chain finance planning process and monthly/annual closings
• Present clear financial guidance to support management decisions and strategic alignment
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights on production, inventory, procurement, and labor efficiency
• Be a key player in projects involving digital transformation and process optimization (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, PowerBI)
• Drive savings and continuous improvement together with cross-functional teams
• Own and lead financial evaluations for CAPEX and cost optimization initiatives
• Prepare and lead monthly SC reporting cycles
• Engage actively with production and logistics to truly understand operations
• Coordinate with internal and group-wide stakeholders in a matrixed international setup
  
  

This is what you need to be successful in this role:

• A degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Engineering
• Thorough expertise in controlling, analytics, or financial planning within supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Solid understanding of industrial processes and cost structures
• Ability to lead a team of experts in a matrix organization
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and BI tools like PowerBI is a strong plus
• Strategic Business Partner mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach
• Strong interpersonal skills: communicate clearly, influence effectively, and challenge the status quo with confidence
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
