Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher Corporation, is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team near Munich, in Baierbrunn. This onsite role supports the development of Manufacturing Automation products in a dynamic, diverse environment.

As a key team member, you will:

• Manage preventive maintenance activities in the production plant
• Drive engineering changes collaboratively with R&D teams and ensure proper implementation
• Define manufacturing methods, including work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA, and checklists for new and existing products
• Evaluate investments and assembly times for new production lines and cost-saving initiatives
• Define and provide test equipment, ensure documentation, and support validation projects
• Lead the elimination of MUDA (waste) in production
• Innovate and implement ideas to improve productivity and automation
• Design new packaging methods

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with design change implementation, preventive maintenance, data analytics (e.g., Power BI), and lean manufacturing methodologies (QCC, Kaizens) is required. Proficiency in English and German is preferred.

Additional advantageous skills include experience in manufacturing processes, document control, and implementation of design changes.
