About the Role
We are looking for a passionate leader to drive our after-sales strategy and transformation. You'll be responsible for developing strategic directions, leading a dynamic team, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent after-sales services. This role involves budget management, risk mitigation, process optimization, and active participation in marketing and communication strategies to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans, including setting target images and action measures.
- Lead, develop, and manage the team within a dynamic environment.
- Negotiate service contracts with top suppliers and build long-term business relationships.
- Ensure processes meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial KPIs are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Negotiate authorization contracts and conduct tenders to improve after-sales offerings.
- Develop communication strategies for after-sales services across channels.
- Continuously improve customer processes and increase NPS.
- Manage service orders and portfolio actively.
- Oversee IT systems and processes related to after-sales.
- Ensure and enhance profit margins.
- Present at industry conferences and events.
- Drive automation and digitalization of customer and back-office processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience, managing large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or service partners.
- Excellent management and entrepreneurial skills.
- Market and economic knowledge, especially in supply chain processes.
- Solid financial and IT expertise.
- Experience in after-sales and key account management.
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding.
- Ability to identify and define business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment.
- Project management knowledge is a plus.
