Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 13 sales experts in the field.
  • Promote your team’s development while improving performance and achieving regional targets.
  • Handle staffing of agreed consumer events in your region and report potential opportunities to the Event Executive.
  • Identify and develop innovation and improvement opportunities for your employees’ work with consumers; share best‑practice proposals with fellow B2C team leads in the region and HQ.
  • Collaborate closely with the B2B Team Lead in your region on POS location staffing.
  • Coach and support your team in daily consumer interactions, ensuring compliant execution of consumer dialogues and strict adherence to internal marketing‑code guidelines for adult tobacco consumers.

Qualifications

  • Strong consumer orientation and sensitivity to consumer needs.
  • Prior leadership experience, especially with larger teams, is an advantage.
  • High empathy, excellent communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
  • Self‑directed, organized, and goal‑focused.
  • Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and presentations.
  • Frequent travel and high flexibility.
  • Valid driver’s licence, fluent German and English.
