What You’ll Do

We have an immediate opening for an HR Manager for Central Europe in our People Strategy & Unlocking Potential Team. Your role will drive the design and implementation of our People Agenda in Central Europe (CE), working closely with the CE Consulting Team Executive People Director and the People Chair. You will support and manage strategic projects for our Consulting Team in key areas, including employer value proposition (EVP), structural HR, as well as diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. You will contribute to ongoing initiatives and be independently responsible for projects from conception to implementation.

Your tasks will include researching content, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable people concepts. You will support and drive projects end to end, including creating communication materials for diverse audiences and leadership levels. In all your activities, you’ll work closely with the team, the HR leadership, all other HR departments, and our global and EMESA colleagues. You’ll hold the reins for all of the topics under your responsibility and have a clear eye on the next steps.

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR management.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR, ideally in a comparable role, from working at a dynamic, service-oriented company.
  • You work proficiently with MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English-language skills.
  • You have a broad interest in people topics, you’re good at diving deeply into different topic areas, and you’re able to independently develop new concepts.
  • You have a good analytical mind and a firm grasp of numbers and data.
  • You bring experience in project management and a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.
  • Your linguistic talent and strong communication skills enable you to interact with different contacts at an equal level. You also have an unerring feel for nuance.
  • You have above-average motivation and service readiness and are used to working independently, precisely, and autonomously. The quality of your work is always at a very high level, and you consistently work in a professional, competent manner.
  • You’re flexible and dependable and keep a cool head even in difficult situations.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and absolute integrity.
