• Degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s, or Master’s) or certified technician/master craftsman with several years of experience in a technical field
• Experience with CAD/CATIA software
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Your Tasks
• Develop concepts for technical assemblies such as accommodation and living areas, workspaces, service rooms, deck coverings, and doors
• Take ownership of the basic design of assemblies and develop technical specifications
• Oversee complex assemblies from detailed planning to final documentation
• Coordinate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and classification societies, ensuring smooth processes and transparency
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to designers, draftsmen, and external design offices
