Director Talent Management (m / f / d) – Gaming

We are looking for a Director of Talent Management to take our in-house games creator talent management to the next level. Join our team in the dynamic world of gaming!

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing our Talent Management Unit and integrating the best talent management strategies from world-class soccer players, basketball players, and Hollywood stars.

As the Director of Talent Management, you will design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier content creators in the gaming industry. You will work closely with the management team to shape the company’s talent vision, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the gaming industry.

This is not a recruiter or general HR role.

Talent management in this context focuses exclusively on content creators.

Activities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
4. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear career progression paths.
5. Attract brands to collaborate with our talents (content creators).
6. Close brand deals.
7. Stay up to date with gaming industry trends to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management of content creators, preferably in the gaming industry.
3. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
4. Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
5. Excellent communication abilities.
6. Passion for gaming and understanding of the content creator needs.
