・Client: Japanese IT Company

・Working Location: New York, NY 10022 or Irving, TX 75063

・Working Style: Hybrid (2 days in the office /per week)

・Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

・Salary: NY: $150,000–$200,000 / TX: $125,000–$165,000

・Benefit: Competitive benefits

・Working Hours: 9-5:30PM

・Language: Both Japanese and English Business level

▶︎ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and delivery of ERP projects and transform the legacy ERP support structure into a modern, scalable delivery organization.
  • Lead multiple ERP development and implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, schedules, and partner/vendor coordination.
  • Drive organizational reform, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the ERP Sales VP to align business development and delivery execution strategies.
  • Develop and retain engineering talent and foster cross-cultural collaboration with both U.S. local teams and Japan HQ.
  • Build long-term client and partner relationships, maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure full QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) accountability across all ERP projects.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven management experience overseeing a business division or large technical team
  • Strong ERP domain expertise (SAP preferred; Oracle or MS Dynamics acceptable)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple ERP projects with full QCD accountability
  • Experience in delivery model reform or organizational transformation
  • Expertise in project & resource management, budgeting, and performance evaluation
  • Strong stakeholder management with customers, partners, and executives
  • Understanding of ERP architecture, system integration, and application development
  • Ability to prepare business strategies, proposals, and pre‑sales support materials
  • Practical HR‑related experience (hiring, evaluation, salary review, restructuring)
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • SAP certifications and/or other ERP leadership credentials preferred
