Every day.” - we work with purpose and compassion, supported by a global team of over 125,000 employees.Our values guide how we work:* We Care for our patients, each other, and our communities* We Connect across teams and borders to deliver excellence together* We Commit to doing things the right way— growing with purpose and leading kidney care with integrity and innovation**Your responsibilities**Leadership & HR Management* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR Country Partners team in Germany, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies and best practices.* Drive global HR operational excellence, ensuring a consistent yet locally adaptable approach to HR.* Partner with senior Human Resource business partners and assigned Business leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and accountability. Provide support to local leaders on business-as-usual local topics.* Coordinate implementation of policies, programs that apply to Germany.* Support CoE-driven HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into country specific HR operations.* Support (as required), Employee Relations and German Labor law teams in ensuring fair, consistent resolution to complex ER matters in line with company policies and applicable labor laws.Employee Experience & Engagement* Act as a champion of company culture, embedding FME culture and core values into HR programs locally, and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.* Support change management efforts, ensuring HR teams are equipped to guide employees through organizational transformation and strategic shifts.* Maximize effective usage of Shared services and HR technology platforms.Compliance, Governance & Risk Management* Support & participate (as needed) in negotiations with employee representative bodies (e.g. Works Council, Union) in sites & country.* As a local leader, participate in team decisions to provide counsel on individual and collective labor law issues.* Collaborate with ER & German Labor law team to ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are compliant with local labor laws while maintaining consistency with the company’s global HR framework.* Collaborate with ER, Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.Supervision * Supervise team of HR Country Partner organization in Germany.**Your profile*** Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable in Human Resources.* Extensive professional experience (approximately 15-20 years), including substantial (at least 5 –8 years) managerial experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of Human Resources.* Experience in coordination and support of end-to-end HR process topics locally.* Is resilient and can navigate challenging or difficult situations with the ability to hold crucial conversations.* Collaborates at all levels through listening, sharing, and building upon ideas, challenging others’ ideas respectfully, compromises and adapts to achieving common goals that are the best interests of the organization, and the teams involved.* Competence in software applications relating to human resources such as case management systems and Workday is preferred along with the suite of Microsoft Office products.* Demonstrates excellent communication skills - both written and verbal: German and English.* Can work independently and can manage multiple competing priorities.* Has strong business acumen in addition to Human Resources skills.* Has an unquestionable commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and privacy.* Healthcare and Multinational experience a plus.* Advanced influencing Skills and ability to navigate in a matrix organization.* A broad understanding of German labour law.**Our Offer for you:**There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius Medical Care, regardless in which field you are an expert and how much experience you have - all dedicated to your professional journey.* Whether in front of or behind the scenes - you are helping to make ever better medicine available to more and more people around the world* Individual opportunities for self-determined career planning and professional development* A corporate culture in which there is enough room for innovative thinking - to find the best solution together, not the quickest one* A large number of committed people with a wide range of skills, talents and experience* The benefits of a successful global corporation with the collegial culture of a medium-sized company**#1 Top Workplace in the area.**
