Your Role:

• Act as the trusted finance integration partner for global ERP transformation initiatives
• Support end‑to‑end finance process design across ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and finance governance
• Drive the harmonisation and standardisation of finance processes, safeguarding consistency across entities and regions
• Translate financial and operational needs into system requirements and functional specifications
• Support data model design, master data governance and mapping of finance‑related objects (incl. cost centres, GL accounts, profit centres, projects)
• Oversee integration of finance processes with supply chain, manufacturing and commercial streams
• Ensure correct setup, testing and validation of finance configurations during system build, SIT, UAT and cut‑over phases
• Provide guidance on internal controls, compliance, and accounting impacts arising from the new ERP landscape
• Act as key liaison between Finance, IT, external implementation partners and business stakeholders
• Support change management, training materials and user onboarding to ensure smooth adoption
• Contribute to go‑live preparation and hyper‑care activities, ensuring business continuity and issue resolution

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance process integration or ERP projects
• Strong understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Cost Accounting, IC, FP&A)
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems; experience in large ERP transformation programmes (S/4HANA is a strong plus)
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, pragmatic and “hands‑on” mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable working across regions and cultures
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure while preserving accuracy and quality
• High resilience, ownership mentality and proactive “can‑do” attitude
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German preferably as well
