Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic development and implementation of marketing initiatives supporting our automation portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing managers and collaborate closely with Product Management, Workflow Consulting, Application Support, and regional stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Translate the automation strategy into marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
  • Create compelling value propositions for automation solutions (e.g., connectivity, workflow optimization, pre-analytics).
  • Oversee market intelligence to identify trends, competitive moves, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to support launches and lifecycle marketing.
  • Work with Workflow Consulting and Application Support to transform insights into strong marketing content.
  • Align with regional EMEA teams to ensure consistency and enable local adaptation.
  • Drive systematic market intelligence processes and translate customer insights into differentiating messaging and solution positioning.
  • Deliver EMEA campaigns, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable impact.
  • Ensure all materials comply with company standards, messaging frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • A relevant academic background (e.g., Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Economics; MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills, ideally gained in a matrix environment.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, market access, or automation management within healthcare, diagnostics, or MedTech.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics and automation, including laboratory workflow, TLA, IVD platforms, and connectivity.
  • Proven strengths in strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and commercial planning.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to translate clinical and technical value drivers into impactful strategies.
  • Experience working with regional/global teams and regulatory or external partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, data dashboards, and collaboration tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
