Director (all genders)BU Seatbelt / CBU BMW & Mercedes- location preferably in Ulm – other locations (Aschaffenburg/Berlin) may also be considered.

What you can change — your duties

• Leading assigned employees according to their qualifications and abilities in line with the Joyson Leadership guidelines
• Managing and controlling the teams in the way that all projects according to internal PMS systems and targets are realized
• Acquiring new customer projects according our company targets
• Improving market share and profit and financial KPI’s
• Developing and realizing strategy and concepts for the customer
• Building and cultivating long term customer relationship
• Managing and controlling the teams for planning and realizing defined VA/VE actions
• Taking over responsibility for P&L figures influenced by the CBU, all project budgets, external cost as well as capex
• Successfully completed Studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Long term experience at automotive industry
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results
• Strong strategic thinker as well as an action-minded problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and demeanor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all hierarchy levels
• Confident appearance, highest reliability and integrity
• Strong organizational skills and structured, careful, responsible, efficient and reliable way of working
• Willingness to travel is required (JSS locations/customers)
