Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) at BELECTRIC GmbH. Full-time, Kolitzheim. Permanent

Responsibilities

• Further development and revision of quality processes in collaboration with Purchasing, ESG and Project Management
• Support for sales teams in advance with standard BELECTIRC quality requirements
• Definition of quality requirements for third parties (e.g. construction site employees, freelancers, quality inspectors)
• Maintenance of the standard project quality plan and improvement of the associated software-based quality control system
• NCR management: analysis of internal and external non-conformities (NCRs), root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Support and escalation in the event of quality issues
• Functional management of quality officers in the departments
• Quality training for project teams, construction site employees and subcontractors, as well as audits

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical vocational training or degree in quality management or engineering or similar qualification
• Must have: Several years of professional experience in quality management or construction site management
• Must have: Experience in dealing with quality deviations, root cause analysis and quality costs, as well as with quality management systems according to ISO 9001
• Nice to have: Experience with PlanRadar, Jira, Confluence
• Very good German and English skills
• Your skills: Communicative team player with negotiation skills and good problem-solving abilities, independent and decisive way of working
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%
• Class B driving licence
