Head of Media and Marketing Data (m/w/d)

Queisser Pharma develops, produces and distributes over‑the‑counter pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and medical devices. Our brands Doppelherz and Protefix hold leading positions in their respective markets. They are distributed through pharmacies, drugstores, consumer markets and e‑commerce to end consumers in Germany and abroad (40 % overseas). In addition, we distribute other brands such as Stozzon, Litozin and Tiger Balm in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop the Media team with Performance‑Marketing and Retail‑Media managers; shape the global media strategy to meet long‑term growth and profitability goals.
  • Orchestrate all media activities in collaboration with external media agencies.
  • Build a cross‑channel data‑driven marketing optimisation system culminating in a comprehensive cross‑media attribution model.
  • Develop a channel‑cross reporting infrastructure for media performance and its impact on sales and revenue.
  • For the growing D2C e‑commerce segment, build a marketing automation system and optimise with a long‑term focus on CLV.
  • Coordinate internal and external tech partners and define requirements for tracking setup and data warehousing.
  • Define clear KPIs with management and continuously optimise media mix and performance, focusing on revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Report to the Global Head of Marketing & Innovation.

Profile

  • Several years of leadership experience in media or data‑science teams with marketing focus.
  • Passion for consumer‑oriented media activities.
  • Experience in data‑driven marketing automation, performance marketing and data science.
  • Strong communication skills; able to lead your own team and establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative and a pragmatic hands‑on mindset.
  • Structured, goal‑oriented work style, interested in redesigning business processes.
  • Completed technical or business degree or comparable academic qualification.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
