We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can make things happen. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, solves hard problems quickly, and can run point on the company’s most important initiatives.

If it has no owner, you own it.

Your impact

• Create structure in ambiguous areas and turn loose ideas into real execution
• Translate founder priorities into actionable plans and ensure they happen
• Help the founders operate at maximum speed and focus
• Own and run special projects spanning robotics operations, infrastructure, and partnerships
• Support the founders with investor materials, fundraising preparation, and external storytelling
• Build fast, lightweight processes that increase team velocity
• Unblock the team quickly - you see problems early and solve them before they escalate
• Dive into data and research to support fast, well-informed decisions
• Shape our hiring engine and support team growth end to end
• Interface with external partners, research groups, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Forecast our needs before we feel them - from budgets to headcount to capital

• Have 3-6+ years in high-performance environments (startup, consulting, ops, engineering, VC)
• Thrive in ambiguity and bring order without slowing things down
• Are fast, structured, and great at simplifying complex problems
• Communicate with clarity, precision, and emotional intelligence
• Are highly dependable - you finish things, not just start them
• Are deeply curious about robotics, AI, and building real-world systems

• Are based in Munich or willing to relocate
