Software Engineer - Full-stack

Overview

SpAItial is pioneering the development of a frontier 3D foundation model, pushing the boundaries of AI, computer vision, and spatial computing. Our mission is to redefine how industries, from robotics and AR/VR to gaming and movies, generate and interact with 3D content.

We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help us build our first public-facing product, working across the stack to create seamless user experiences with our cutting-edge AI models. You will be collaborating closely with research and engineering teams and develop internal tools for improving and evaluating our models.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy interactive 3D web applications that utilize Spatial Foundation Models.
• Manage the inference stack using potentially in-house serving infra or external inference providers.
• Develop internal tools to improve and evaluate the performance of ML models.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience with full-stack application development and deployment.
• Expertise in deploying applications in cloud environments (containers, orchestration).
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Django, FastAPI).
• Experience working professionally in the Python ecosystem.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design/integration.
• Experience with CI/CD and standard DevOps toolkit.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deploying ML models to cloud inference platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Hugging Face, Replicate, Fal, or similar).
• Experience with WebGL, THREE.js, or other web 3D libraries.
