Overview

As a Manager in the Business Consulting Finance team you support banks, insurers and asset managers across Germany (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, Stuttgart) in their agile Finance Transformation, performance management, accounting close, analytics and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Consult national and international banking and insurance clients on optimizing and redesigning the CFO function.
• Lead business process analysis and optimization projects to improve corporate performance.
• Partner clients on redefining business models, organisations, processes and IT systems, especially Finance Transformation.
• Design, implement and optimise controlling, reporting and accounting processes (forecasting, planning, reporting, cost calculation).
• Own project progress, foster close contact with internal and external stakeholders and lead team members.

Skillset

• Completed university degree in economics, information technology, mathematics or a comparable field.
• At least five years of experience in finance with a focus on CFO related themes (banking control, reporting, controlling, regulation, digitisation) and project leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English.
