For our IT team, we are looking for the earliest possible date for a
Consultant for IT regulatory affairs / systems / application manager (m/f/d)
Working hours: 32 - 39 hours per week Place of work: Waldshut
You will take on a responsible position and manage parts of the IT infrastructure of Sparkasse Hochrhein, together with seven other employees. You will advise specialist departments on the use of new information technologies and support users with questions and problems.
After successful induction, you will take on the following main tasks
- IT regulatory affairs: You will establish overarching procedures to ensure the implementation of industry-specific regulatory requirements (DORA, MaRisk, etc.).
- Control and monitoring: You will be responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of control activities that are as automated as possible (e.g. log evaluations, vulnerability scans, target/actual comparisons) and advise specialist departments and project teams on alternative solutions.
- IT network and infrastructure: You are responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the IT network and the client/server infrastructure and implement these together with a strong team.
- Support and communication: You are communicative and provide first and second level support.
- Cooperation with service providers: You enjoy working with external service providers (e.g. Finanz Informatik) and thus achieve maximum synergy effects.
Your Profile - What You Bring To The Table
- A degree in computer science, business informatics or law/economics as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. Alternatively: Completed banking training, supplemented by further training as a bank business administrator or savings bank business administrator and a high level of technical affinity or completed IT training, supplemented by further training in the field of banking and financial services.
- Experience: You have experience in the areas of IT governance, IT risk management as well as IT compliance in situations with shared responsibility between service provider and client.
- Language skills: You are fluent and business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English.
- Personal qualities: You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and impress with your high sense of responsibility and commitment.
