Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Audit Consultant to join our Risk Advisory & Assurance team in Rostock. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the cruise industry, partnering with management to enhance governance, understand business processes, and manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to assess and improve governance and risk management processes.
• Communicate effectively with various organizational levels, persuading and influencing decision-makers.
• Analyze complex data and business cases to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Personal initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and German or Italian.
• Resourcefulness and inquisitiveness to seek out and analyze information.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in external/internal audit and/or management consultancy.
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
