We are currently looking for our customer in the Reutlingen area for a
Manufacturing Process Supervisor (m/f/d)
Optimization of semiconductor processes for MEMS and power semiconductors
Improvement of individual processes in the area of Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) within development, focusing on implementing new requirements and improving process quality and yield
Participation in the evaluation, development, and implementation of new manufacturing methods and equipment
Collaboration in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of experiments in cooperation with internal and external partners
Development of measures to enhance process flexibility and reduce costs, as well as planning and supporting their implementation in production
Conducting cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons for new methods, technologies, and equipment, considering technical feasibility and future requirements
Consulting internal departments and supporting equipment procurement, from specification through commissioning to final acceptance
Identifying and pursuing process optimizations together with equipment manufacturers and preparing internal documentation and procedural guidelines
Completed university degree (Master’s, Diploma, or PhD) in Chemistry, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field of study
Professional experience in semiconductor processes or MEMS (PhD is considered equivalent)
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in semiconductor technology and equipment engineering
Experience with statistical process control (SPC), data analysis, and data evaluation
Experience in the development or production of CVD and ALD single processes in a semiconductor or MEMS environment
Technical and practical expertise in surface coating, thin films, and their characterization
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
