We are seeking a Head Of Global Wholesale Strategy & Planning (f/m/d) to lead the strategic direction and development of HUGO BOSS's wholesale product line. Your mission is to align product strategies with the global brand experience, enhancing market share and brand presence while achieving increased margins annually. What You Can Expect

• Defining and implementing distribution strategies, product strategies, and pricing/margin strategies to optimize our global wholesale business.
• Setting wholesale targets, overseeing pre-order planning, NOS (Never Out of Stock) planning, and seasonal replenishment planning to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
• Guiding and inspiring a dynamic team, including the Team Lead for Global Sales Innovation (Digital Showroom and EDI Sales), the Wholesale Planning Manager, and three Business Analysts.
• Driving WHS innovations related to business systems and supporting tools globally, ensuring our wholesale processes are cutting-edge and aligned with strategic goals.
• Making a significant impact on our global wholesale strategy and planning, contributing to the continued success and growth of HUGO BOSS.
• Managing the transition from a sell-in driven WHS business model to a sell-out driven industry standard.

• 8-10 years in strategy development and project management, focusing on wholesale operations.
• Extensive experience in apparel, luxury goods, and consumer goods, with very good connections in wholesale and retail sectors.
• Proven management skills at the department head level in an international wholesale environment, with strength-based coaching and employee development.
• Expertise in communication and presentation across all levels, including high-visibility interactions with the Management Board.
• Strong affinity for digitalization in wholesale strategy and creative thinking to develop innovative and sustainable strategies.
• Decisiveness in planning and execution, with exceptional analytical abilities tailored to wholesale strategy.
• Empathy and social skills to foster strong team relationships, including conflict management.
