Accurids provides a data registration platform to identify, link and standardize critical enterprise data objects such as medicinal products, substances, organizations, clinical studies, devices, or locations. This helps our life-science customers to collaborate more effectively and to bring new drugs faster to the market with increased patient safety. Accurids contributes to solving global data challenges in pharma through ISO IDMP standardization and collaborations with the Pistoia Alliance and UMC. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development.

Your Mission: Pharma Customer Success

• Lead pharma implementation projects from gathering customer requirements, solution design, performance of PoC to rollout with focus on pharma business value realization
• Consult customers in the adoption of pharma data standards, governance and AI
• Design data standards, governance processes, and integration frameworks
• Translate pharma customer needs into ACCURIDS software features for implementation by the product development team
• Support sales and marketing activities with presentations and demonstrations

Your Skills

• Experience in the pharma industry (regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, R&D)
• Ability to effectively collect and structure customer data needs
• Good analytical and structured thinking to provide solutions for customer needs
• Strong presenter and demonstrator
• Strong team player with a get-things-done mentality
