For our department Ground Operations within Airline Commercial, we are looking for a (an):
Manager Ground Operations & Agreements (m / f / x)
Responsible for contract management of Ground Service Providers at airports, including identifying, negotiating, selecting and contracting such suppliers.
Act as principal point of contact between Luxair and Ground Service Providers and Airport Operators by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with them.
Liaise with internal departments on commercial aspects, safety, security, compliance and other operational matters.
Monitor, promote and support implementation of Luxair safety and security policy, compliance and service quality performance (including on-time performance) concerning Luxair ground operations services in the respective network airports and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
Carry out administrative tasks related to the position such as providing financial inputs, gathering commercial / operational information and reporting.
Manage, supervise or support the implementation of projects, procedures and processes.
Required profile:
Provide a university degree in Business Administration or similar line of studies and / or a proven experience on a similar position.
Have solid organizational and presentation skills.
Have excellent communication skills in English, ideally as well in French and German (spoken and written).
Ability to prioritize.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company.
Accept Duty Travel.
Have strong negotiation skills.
Show strong sense for commercial thinking.
Work well in a team and independently.
Demonstrate advanced skills in the use of IT and Office tools (e.g Word, Excel..).
Have a vast experience in the industry and be familiar with current recognized Aviation Regulations & Standards (ICAO, IATA, IOSA, EASA).
Be capable to identify areas of improvements and propose / implement changes internally if / where applicable.
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
Relevant IATA SGHA training and / or other related trainings within scope of Ground Operations.
The ideal candidate:
Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language (i.e. Spanish, Italian) is considered as asset.
