Our SAP team in the German‑speaking region consists of experienced SAP consultants who design, implement, and run projects across industries using the full SAP product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Qualified, technical, and business consulting for customers, including post‑implementation support.
  • Creation of requirement analyses, effort estimates, design of business processes, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors processes considering integration aspects and technologies.
  • Planning and execution of module and integration testing, conducting internal and external training, and producing documentation using relevant methods and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks).
  • Preparation of decision templates for client stakeholders, independent alignment and enforcement of standards (based on the cloud solution SAP SuccessFactors), and delivery of customer/user presentations and workshops at the management level in English and German.
  • Knowledge building in innovative business or technology topics and active participation in internal knowledge management within local and global teams.
  • Identification of business opportunities, proposal creation, effort estimation, and customer presentation for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Learning).

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science, or equivalent vocational training and work experience.
  • Long‑term professional and project experience in consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (approximately 5 years) and experience with agile project methodology.
  • Proof of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and additional modules (e.g., Learning) in successfully completed projects, and in-depth HR knowledge.
  • Experience using ticket tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, independent and punctual work style, confident communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel.
