• Overall responsibility for software development in the CoC Smart Factory Solutions, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and on quality
• As part of the CoC Smart Factory Solutions management team
• Contribute to and implement the global Smart Factory product strategy
• Closely align with the internal and external stakeholders
• Closely align with Product Management, Marketing and Sales
• Managing and developing the team and skills
• Take ownership of the software development
• Definition and implementation of measures to achieve the given goals
• Close collaboration with the Indian delivery organization
• Report to the VP Smart Factory Solutions

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for software development in the CoC Smart Factory Solutions, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and on quality
• As part of the CoC Smart Factory Solutions management team
• Contribute to and implement the global Smart Factory product strategy
• Closely align with the internal and external stakeholders
• Closely align with Product Management, Marketing and Sales

Profil

• Studies of information technology or similar
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of software development, preferably in a management position
• Proven skills of cross-divisional collaboration with direct and indirect management
• Proven skills of creating new software products and bringing them to market
• High level of experience in project management
• Experience in agile software development
• Very good skills in stakeholder management
• Excellent English in (written and spoken)
• Knowledge in Chinese is a plus
• Readyness to travel nationally and internationally
• Growth mindset
• Experience with microservice architectures and cloud technologies

• Backend & Framework:
• C# with .NET 9 ASP.NET for Web-APIs Akka.NET for Actor-based systems

• Frontend & Web:
• Angular for modern web applications
• Blazor for .NET based Web-UIs

• Data bases and storage:
• Entity Framework for MSSQL and MySQL
• MongoDB for document based data structures
• ElasticSearch for search and analysis functions

• Infrastructure & Monitoring:
• Docker for containerization
• OpenTelemetry for Observability and Monitoring
