In our group we advise, develop and realize, with about 350 internal employees, across Europe in the IT and SAP area. We support our clients in simplifying processes and adapting them to digital requirements.

Our sales team is looking for a Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) in the Greater Munich/Vienna area, full‑time and permanent, starting 1 March 2026.

Deine Aufgaben / Your mission

  • Bestandskunden: You manage selected customers holistically and long‑term, build trusting relationships and detect new needs early. You understand both technical and business requirements and translate them into suitable IT solutions.
  • Lösungsdesign: You advise customers on various contracting types in IT – e.g., IT services, project business, temporary employment, contracting or managed services – and find the optimal solution together with internal teams.
  • Schnittstelle: You work closely with recruiting and delivery, steer requests and ensure smooth implementation of client projects.
  • Neukunden: In addition to managing existing accounts you identify new customer potentials, conduct initial conversations and build your own customer network.

Dein Profil / Your profile

  • You have a broad understanding of IT technologies, roles and system landscapes and know the common contracting models in the IT environment (project business, services, ANÜ, contracting or managed services).
  • You are able to build and maintain long‑term, reliable customer relationships at eye level. Reliability, trustworthiness and a partner‑like demeanor are natural to you.
  • You think and act consultatively and analyze customer needs holistically. You spot upselling and cross‑selling potentials and develop suitable solutions instead of selling single products.
  • You work structured, independently and organized, keeping an overview even with multiple accounts. Clean documentation and professional account management are a given to you.
