We are seeking an experienced Expert in Data & AI Advisory to lead strategic engagements and help clients unlock the full potential of data and artificial intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Value Mindset: Understand client challenges and define solutions that maximize business impact through data and AI while still being pragmatic and hands‑on.
• Strategic Advisory: Engage with senior stakeholders to develop data management, data strategy, and AI strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives and the client’s goals.
• Technology Solution Mindset: Understand data and AI architectures, and how technical decisions are made – and combine them with an advisory mindset for future‑proof solutions. Work together with advisory colleagues as well as our technical experts to define the best solutions for our clients.
• Governance & Compliance: Advise on data governance, AI governance, and ethical AI practices to ensure compliance and trust.
• Offering Development: Create and launch new advisory services, methodologies, and accelerators for data and AI advisory.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices for data‑driven transformation.
• Mentorship: Coach junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in data and AI, advisory or consulting a plus, with proven success in data strategy and AI‑driven transformation programs.
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and AI technologies.

Skills

• Deep understanding of strategy and business mindset.
• Technical understanding of data architecture, AI frameworks and implementation.
• Ability to articulate business value and influence C‑level decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership attitude with intrinsic motivation to make a difference and drive innovation.
• Fluency in German at C1 level and strong English language capabilities, both written and verbal.

Education

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
